Payment:
A 50% percent deposit is required after the photographs are approved along with total hours logged for photo sessions and processing. The balance is due upon completion and acceptance by the client.

Procedure:
A photo session will be arranged upon the client's convenience. Michael Blessing will review the photographs with the client and together will arrive at a painting composition and size for the portrait. Upon client approval a due date will be set for delivery.

Photography:
The equipment used for the portrait is Canon's professional series 1Ds Mark II DSLR. Lenses are Canon's finest L series. Rendering, processing and composition of selected images are processed using Adobe's Creative Suite 2 software with primary use of Adobe Creative Suite 3 Extended Software. All software is run on an Apple Macintosh Dual Processor G5. For viewing all images the G5 computer powers a Sony High Definition 20.1" calibrated monitor for ultra clear and precise imaging. I have an array of other essentials such as tripods, lights, reflectors, diffusers and filters.

Travel Expenses:
Out of town travel by car will be charged at 25 cents per mile for distances over 30 miles from Bozeman. All air fare and hotel acommodations will also be billed as needed.

Guarantee:
The portrait is guaranteed to represent the likeness in the photographs chosen; therefore, the pictures are of utmost importance. Photo sessions and digital processing are billed at $40.00 per hr. If there are no satisfactory photographs obtained from the first photography session, the client may request another session at no extra charge. If a third session is requested and hourly charge of $40.00 per hour will be required.

Delivery:
Shipped paintings will be professionally packed and insured for the full value of the commission. Blessing Fine Art uses insurance specifically tailored for the transport of fine artwork.
